The
Ask
Reuter Walton, an award-winning real estate development company, was developing an affordable living complex in Little Canada. They were in need of an identity that balanced youth, maturity and urbanity.
The
Solve
This identity provides qualitative guidance while not being extensive. Little Canada is at the crossroads of urban proximity and affordability. The brand nods to the young demographic of residents and the metro locale.
The Cornerstone
The client desired a distinct mark which paid homage to the intersecting corner streets, Rice and Demont, rather than transportation. The mark and pattern both invoke images of metropolitan street blocks and downtown architectural geometry. The color palette is vibrant, energetic and youthful.
This project was created in collaboration with KNOCK Inc.
